WISE (Wellness Initiative for Senior Education)

WISE members at a presentationWISE, created by New Jersey Prevention Network, is a wellness and prevention program developed to help older adults celebrate healthy aging, make healthy lifestyle choices and avoid substance abuse. The curriculum is designed to take place two hours per week over a six-week period and includes breakfast or lunch. Call for a fee schedule or possible grant funding. Alcohol and Other Drug-Related Birth Defects Prevention

Take Control of Your Health

Prevention Education for Incarcerated Adults

Weekly education is provided to men and women incarcerated in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility as well as to adults on probation. Topics include relapse prevention, parenting, domestic violence and anger management.
