Circles is a nationwide campaign to end poverty. This unique collaboration between United Way of Northern NJ, Pass It Along, NORWESCAP and CFPC provides families with 20 weeks of education, culminating in the development of a personal action plan. Following graduation, each participant is matched with a community mentor who befriends and supports the entire family. Working together, they implement the family’s action plan and achieve sustainable change. For more information about
