Volunteer Opportunity for High School Students

Are you a high school student looking for an opportunity to give back to your community? Do you enjoy working with children? Do you need community service hours for graduation? Then come and join the Strengthening Families Team! The Strengthening Families Program, a program of the Center for Prevention & Counseling, is looking for high school volunteers to assist facilitators with child care, discussion groups, and family activities.

Strengthening Families is a 14 week program that begins in September. Volunteers are required to attend all 14 weeks and are needed from 6:00-7:45 PM one night each week.
